Why Create an Account with Your Data?
We require your data to facilitate billing and shipping. Additionally, we will contact you via phone and/or email for order confirmation and other details.
Is There a Cost for Creating an Account with My Data?
No, there are no charges for creating an account, no account fees, minimum commissions, or annual fees. You will only pay for the products you order.
Who Has Access to Personal Data?
You and the gallery manager are the only ones with access to your data. Your data is not public, and it will not be sold or provided to any other business entity.
Can I Place Orders for My Clients?
Certainly. Log in to your account, enter your client’s shipping details, place the order, make the payment, and the invoice will be sent to you, while the products will be delivered to your client.
What Payment Options Are Available?
You can make payments online on the CHECKOUT page. After payment confirmation, we will dispatch the order to the address provided during the order placement.
Can I Change a Product or Add More Before Making Payment?
No, since we are dealing with paintings, this is not possible. Upon delivery, you can refuse a ordered painting, but a fee of £200 for transportation and packaging will be deducted.
Is There a Minimum Order Value or Quantity Requirement?
No, there are no minimum order values or quantity requirements.
What Is the Cost of Shipping?
Shipping for ordered products is free throughout the UK.
Which Shipping Company Is Used for Order Shipments?
Depending on the package size, courier companies selected by FIRO INVESTMENTS LTD will ensure secure and timely delivery.
What Are the Delivery Times?
Not all the items we offer for sale are physically present in the gallery. Therefore, we may deliver immediately or within 4-10 working days from payment confirmation.
Can I Request a Specific Delivery Date for Myself or My Client?
Yes, it is possible when delivering with our own means.
Is Delivery to Countries Outside the European Union Possible?
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, all import costs (including value-added tax, customs duties, customs handling fees, etc.) are not fixed costs and cannot be included in the pro forma invoice. Therefore, we avoid such deliveries and only accept orders for England.
Are All Offered Products Available?
Yes, paintings listed as available on the website are in stock in the gallery. In case of unavailability, we will inform you promptly.
Can I Cancel an Order After It Has Been Sent?
If payment has not been made and the paintings have not been dispatched, you can cancel as soon as possible via email or phone.
